Class Descriptions

I offer private sessions for:

Corporate Yoga

Bring yoga to your workplace to help your employees relieve stress and prevent injury. When you have happy and healthy employees productivity increases and absences are reduced.

What does our Corporate Program contain?

  • A certified teacher at your place of business to teach a 55-minute yoga class.

  • We provide corporate yoga classes on a 4-week commitment. After the 4-weeks, if it is deemed a success, you can decide whether to continue on a weekly basis. The 4-week commitment is negotiable.

  • Yoga classes are designed for all fitness and experience levels and modifications are given to those who need them.

  • Classes last 55 minutes and can take place early morning, during lunch or after work. Essential oils and or guided mediation are offered as well.  

  • Our corporate yoga rate is $100 a class. Essential oils are available during class for an extra $15. 

  • Your company will need to provide a quiet space with as little distraction as possible. A conference/meeting room is often a good location so long as the tables and chairs can be moved aside for class.

  • Yoga poses and pranayama (slow rhythmic breathing).

  • Techniques to release deep-seated stresses and learn how to better handle anxiety.

Restorative Yoga

Slow down the pace of your life and sooth the nervous system. Restorative yoga is the centering of body and breath. It aligns your physical and mental state by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time.

Vinyasa Yoga

This style of yoga is a flow because of its focus on connecting movement to breath. Burn calories, build overall strength, and calm the mind as you flow through the movements.

Restorative Yoga Energy Healing

Restorative Energy Yoga taps into the wisdom of the body's innate ability to heal.  Using a combination of healing therapies including Restorative Yoga and Reiki. This session will effectively removes blocks from the natural flow of energy, which can contribute to dis "ease" in the body. 


Restorative Energy Yoga taps into the wisdom of body and mind and encourages the natural flow of healing energy to be unleashed. Through a unique combination of yoga poses energy is restored to it's natural state of being; contentment and ease is body & mind. This session takes place on a yoga mat and bolsters and blankets will be provided. Essential oils will also be incorporated. 

Reiki Healing Session

Reiki is an energy healing technique that involves a Reiki master using gentle hand movements to guide the flow of healthy energy (what’s known in Reiki as “life force energy”) through the body to reduce stress and promote healing. Reiki can reduce daily stress and help with management of some chronic diseases.
